Indus Learning Channel

Indus Learning Channel is a unique app for conducting assessments before and after trainings. Pre-training assessments can be taken on the mobile, with the objective of knowing how much the trainees knows about certain fundamentals skills in order to perform their jobs efficiently. Post-training assessments are conducted after the employees have undergone the training, post which they are asked the same questions as the pre-training. A comparison is made after this, to analyze the extent of the success of the training programme, in terms of coverage of concepts as well as successful, on-field implementation of those concepts by the trainees.

Indus Learning Channel est une application unique pour la conduite des évaluations avant et après les formations. Évaluations pré-formation peuvent être prises sur le mobile, avec l'objectif de savoir combien les stagiaires sait au sujet de certaines compétences des fondamentaux afin d'effectuer leur travail efficacement. Les évaluations post-formation sont effectuées après que les employés ont suivi la formation, après lequel elles sont posées les mêmes questions que la pré-formation. Une comparaison est faite après cela, pour analyser l'ampleur du succès du programme de formation, en termes de couverture des concepts ainsi que de succès, la mise en œuvre sur le terrain de ces concepts par les stagiaires.
